ISM Membership Card

Waiting for your 2004 ISM membership card?

You can stop waiting! The ISM is no longer printing and mailing cards each year. Here's why 1) affiliates bill at different times of the year, so calendar year cards are not appropriate  for all affiliates; and 2) the ISM saves some money by not printing and mailing cards.

The good news is that ot's very easy to print your own card at the ISM web site. Go to http://www.ism.ws.MembersOnly/AffiliateForms.cfm. Just click on Print Membership card(s). You can print the card on paper or card stock.

Note: the card you print will be valid for as long as your dues are kept current.

Note: this process applies to Full Members (folks who pay the $160.00 per year membership dues)
